Santosh N
Managing Partner
Santosh is the managing partner at Aldephi.
He has over 17 years of experience in valuation, transaction structuring, fairness opinions and disputes related mandates having advised clients across a wide range of industries including real estate, financial institutions, fund managers, infrastructure, education & training, pharma and life sciences, internet and eCommerce, telecom, media and entertainment, IT/ ITES etc.
Santosh has managed and executed a range of financial advisory engagements for companies across a wide range of sectors, such as automobiles, consumer durables, e-Commerce, hospitality & leisure, infrastructure, IT & ITeS, logistics, manufacturing, media, natural resources, petro-chemicals, pharma & healthcare, power, refineries, real estate, telecom & textiles. He has provided valuation opinions for purposes as diverse as financial reporting, strategic decision making, tax planning, family settlements, transfer pricing, litigation and dispute resolution. Besides valuation of businesses in general, he specializes in valuation of complex financial instruments, early stage companies, intangible assets (e.g., brands, intellectual property, IPR&D, etc.), contingent consideration and ESOPs.
He was the India head of the valuation advisory services practice of Duff & Phelps. Earlier, he was heading the Financial Instrument Valuation practice in American Appraisal India and was global chairperson of the Complex Financial Instruments Valuation Committee in American Appraisal. He was South India Valuation Leader in Deloitte and was part of the founding team in Grant Thornton Bangalore.
He has been a speaker at several seminars/ workshops, including those organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He was an international keynote speaker in a Conference on Business Valuation organized by RICS in London. Santosh’s prior work experience includes stints with Duff & Phelps, Grant Thornton and Deloitte.
Santosh is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a IBBI certified Registered Valuer.
Piyush Patnaik
Partner
Piyush is a partner at Aldephi. He has over 14 years of experience in business valuations, consulting, corporate finance, merger & acquisition support and venture capital/ private equity portfolio company valuation and funding support. His experience includes stints at Duff & Phelps India, Grant Thornton India and Tata Consultancy Services.
Piyush has undertaken various engagements for corporate restructuring – assisting clients in strategic transactions related to investments, divestitures, mergers & demergers; intangibles assets valuation – brands, IP etc.; Valuation of ESOPs/SARs/RSUs; valuations in compliance with regulatory and tax compliance; financial reporting related valuations – impairment testing, Purchase Price Allocations etc. under various GAAPs; and valuation of portfolio investments of PE/VC companies.
Piyush has managed and executed a range of financial advisory engagements for IT, retail, manufacturing, engineering, power, textiles, cement, consumer goods, media and e-commerce. Additionally, he has closely worked with private equity/venture capital players.
He has been a speaker at conferences organized by various forums like VC Circle on valuation, fund raise and M&A related topics. Piyush holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) degree from McGill University, Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
Raghav Jindal
Associate Partner
Raghav is an Associate Partner with Aldephi Global Services based out of New Delhi. Raghav has more than 13 years of experience in corporate valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation & dispute consulting.
Raghav has assisted clients with capital raising; business model optimization; transaction & capital structure analysis; valuation of complex financial instruments; assessment of damages; valuation for regulatory, accounting and tax compliance purposes; and valuation of portfolio companies of PE and VC funds.
Prior to joining Aldephi, Raghav was a Senior Director at FTI Consulting. At FTI Consulting, Raghav specialised in complex business valuations and assessment of quantum and valuation issues in arbitrations, bilateral investment treaty (BIT) cases and litigations.
Raghav previously also worked as an Associate at Macquarie Capital Advisors’ Investment Banking Division in New York specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions. During his 5 years at Macquarie Capital, Raghav worked on a wide variety of corporate advisory transactions including management and leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring and hostile takeovers.
The range of Raghav’s industry experience encompasses real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, power generation, oil and gas, technology, media, and telecommunications. He has been a speaker at seminars/ conferences organised by various forums on valuation, expert witness, arbitrations, restructuring, and M&A etc.
Raghav holds a Master in Business Administration (Dean’s List and Merit List Holder) from the Indian School of Business with a specialization is Finance and Strategy & Leadership. Raghav did a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honors) from the Queen’s School of Business, Queen’s University, Canada. He has completed intensive training in financial modelling from “Training the Street Inc.” in New York.
Deepak Panda
Associate Partner
Deepak is an Associate Partner with Aldephi Global Services based out of Mumbai. He has more than 14 years of experience in business valuations, consulting, corporate finance and restructuring.
He has assisted clients across a wide range of valuation and consulting requirements for financial and tax reporting as well as transaction purposes. He has been involved in valuations for financial reporting; corporate restructuring; complex financial instruments and employee stock ownership plan (ESOPs); regulatory, accounting and tax compliance; and valuation of portfolio companies of private equity and venture capital funds. He has also assisted several clients in developing business plans and valuation for bidding process.
He has previously worked with Duff & Phelps (rebranded as Kroll), KPMG and Grant Thornton India. Deepak has managed and executed a range of financial advisory engagements across multiple industries, such as healthcare, financial services, IT, retail, manufacturing, engineering, power, metals and mining, consumer goods, media and e commerce etc. He also has significant experience of valuing early-stage companies, especially in technology space.
He has been a speaker at various seminars/ conferences organised by various forums on valuation, restructuring, fund raise etc.
Deepak holds an MBA (finance) degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Richa Gupta
Vice President and Head of Operations
Richa is Vice President and Head of Operations at Aldephi Global Services.
She is based in Mumbai. She has over 12 years of experience in various aspects of marketing, including product and brand management as well as managing operations and being an entrepreneur. At Aldephi, she is responsible for planning and overseeing various business processes including information systems, operations, marketing, administration, and human resources.
She is spearheading the company’s efforts to adopt global IT best practices in order to provide cutting edge services to clients across the globe.
Prior to joining Aldephi, she was an entrepreneur having founded Nivedana Communications (“NC”), a marketing firm focussed on providing corporate and digital communications solutions to clients. At NC, she managed all aspects of business including strategy, client relationships, administration and finance.
Richa is an MBA in marketing from IILM, Delhi and a graduate in science from Hans Raj College, Delhi University.
Harsh Talikoti

Harsh is a Vice President in D And P Advisory. Harsh has 10+ years of core valuation & transaction advisory experience.
He has advised clients in sectors ranging from sports (Sports leagues, teams and broadcasting), media & entertainment, real estate, IT, ITeS, manufacturing, eCommerce and consumer products.
Harsh is responsible for client management and overall execution of financial valuation engagements with expertise in Indian Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act & other regulatory valuations, valuation of complex financial instruments (ESOPs, currency forwards & options, debt instruments, CCDs and CCPS), valuation of business & equity, merger swap ratio, intangible asset valuation, PPA, etc.
He has performed financial valuations for various purposes including strategic & internal decision making, impairment analysis, high court mergers, financial reporting under USGAAP, IFRS, SFRS, SLFRS, IGAAP and for tax purposes including under Section 9 & 11UA/ 11UB of Indian Income Tax. Harsh has also worked on various advisory mandates including fundraising (debt finance & equity).
Prior to joining D And P Advisory, Harsh was Vice President at Duff & Phelps/ Kroll having joined the firm in 2011 and was responsible for Hyderabad region valuation advisory services operations and also assisted Kroll’s restructuring practice. Harsh also led Duff & Phelps/ Kroll startup advisory practice in the South-East India region. He led Duff & Phelps’ popular annual study, “IPL Brand Valuation Report” and was also editor of Duff & Phelps Singapore’s M&A deals publication, “Transaction Trail – 2014“ during his stint with Duff & Phelps Singapore office.
Harsh has a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds, England and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Harsh is also a chartered member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
